Cancellation Policy
Clients acknowledge that they have read and understand Our Terms and Conditions fully. Cancellations and reschedules can be made by emailing info@sedonaphototours.net Cancellation Terms for Day Tours: (a) Cancelations made more than 14 days from a day tour departure will result in a full refund. (b) Cancelations made 7-14 Days from a day tour departure will be given a 50% refund. (c) Cancelations made less than 7 days from a day tour departure will be subject to a 100% cancelation fee. (d) Rescheduling of tours will be offered at no charge whenever possible. Cancelations or Changes Made by Sedona Photo Tours: (a) In the case that Sedona Photo Tours needs to cancel a tour departure the cancelation will be made at the sole discretion of Sedona Photo Tours. (b) Cancelations made by Sedona Photo Tours will be offered a reschedule at no cost. (c) If Sedona Photo Tours cancels a departure and no date is available for a rescheduled tour, Sedona Photo Tours will issue a full and unconditional refund.
